Q: Why are you passionate about sustainability?
When I was twelve years old, I heard a lecture about the Great Pacific Garbage Patch’s and its impact on marine wildlife. That lecture ignited my passion to explore marine conservation. My ultimate goal is to be a part of altering human activity and views to protect the environment through education, policy and advocacy without compromising the cultural rights of marginalized communities.
Q: Any fun facts about yourself?
Over this past summer I fed corals microplastics and dissected them.
